Professional background
Joe started as an apprentice surveyor with Vickers and Barrass in July 2023 and he will study at the same time for a 5 year BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Chartered Surveying at Harper Adams University. Joe left Teesdale School with impressive A level results in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. He has a keen interest in agriculture and is looking forward to the variety that the role will bring. He will spend one week a month studying at Harper Adams.
Away from work
Joe enjoys being an active member of Staindrop Young Farmers. He also likes looking after his small flock of pure Texels and showing them at local shows as well as helping on the family beef, sheep and poultry farm.
