Professional background
Amanda graduated from Newcastle University in 2011 with a BSc Honours degree in Surveying and Mapping Science. She initially worked as a hydrographic surveyor before joining a local land agency firm in 2016, working across County Durham, North Yorkshire and Northumberland. Amanda qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor in 2018 and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2019. With a strong background in estate agency and vast experience in Rural Surveying she is responsible for a variety of work from sales and valuations to planning, stewardship and utilities.
Away from work
Amanda lives on a farm in County Durham with her husband, twin daughters and two dogs.
