Professional background
Amanda qualified from Newcastle University in 2012 with a 2:1 in an RICS accredited degree, and worked as a hydrographic surveyor primarily in the North Sea for four years. In 2016 Amanda decided to keep her feet firmly on the ground and joined a local land agency firm working across County Durham, North Yorkshire and Northumberland. Amanda qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor in 2018 and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2019.
Born in North Yorkshire and raised on a family farm, she has a love of the countryside and now lives on a farm in County Durham with her partner and two dogs.
With a strong background in estate agency and vast experience in Rural Surveying she will be responsible for a variety of work; from sales and valuations to planning, stewardship and utilities.
Away from work
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys long countryside walks and can often be found exploring the Northumberland coast
