LANDLORD AND TENANT MATTERS
Vickers and Barrass will handle all landlord and tenant matters under the Agricultural Holdings
Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 (Farm Business Tenancy) legislation. This includes
the negotiation of terms for new tenancy agreements, settling end of tenancy claims, grazing
licence agreements and agreeing rent reviews.
EU FARM SUBSIDIES & GRANTS
Vickers & Barrass are able to arrange Farm Environmental Plans (FEPs) and offer a start to finish
service, whilst also being placed to advise existing organic farmers and those thinking of going
organic or entering into Environmental Stewardship agreements.
